Return & Exchange Policy
•Abayas cannot be exchanged or replaced for a different size/color; only returns are available.
•Customers are entitled to return the abaya within 24 hours from the date of receiving the order from the delivery company if it does not fit or if they are not satisfied.
•The abaya must be in its original condition, unused, without any damage or alterations made by the customer, and with all accessories/packaging intact.
•Once the store receives the abaya, it will be inspected within one business day. If it meets the conditions, the refund will be processed within 3 business days. The refund covers the product price only and does not include shipping or delivery fees.
Cases where returns are not accepted:
•Exceeding the specified return period (24 hours).
•Loose threads (not considered a manufacturing defect and can be trimmed with scissors).
•Any alteration or modification made by the customer.
•Damage caused by misuse or failure to follow the attached care instructions.
•If the abaya has been altered by the customer, the store reserves the right to reject the return request and send the item back without compensation.
•If there is any evidence of use, the store reserves the right to reject the return.
