سياسة الطلب

• مدة التفصيل : يستغرق تجهيز العبايات 15 يوم عمل

(باستثناء الجمعة والسبت ) ، قابلة للزيادة في المواسم أو في حال وجود ضغط على الطلبات ، أو جراء أي ظروف تؤثر على خط الإنتاج .

الشحن الدولي : يتم الشحن عبر DHL ، وتُحسب التكلفة وفقًا للوزن (قد تُفرض رسوم جمركية وفقًا لأنظمة الجمارك في البلد المراد ) .

المقاسات المتوفرة التي تقبل الاسترجاع :50, 60,58,56,54,52.

التعديلات : لا يمكن تعديل الموديل ، اللون ، او القماش

التعديلات المقبولة

1/ تعديل القصة مثلا من ربع كلوش الى نص او كلوش وهكذا..

2/ إضافة طقطق للعباية

3/تصغير الكم الواسع

4/ مقاس خاص مثلًا ( مقاس 56 ولكن على طول 54 )

• يرجى كتابة ملاحظه قبل إتمام الطلب بالتعديلات المطلوبة او التواصل عبر الواتساب
• المقاسات مثل: 51-53-55-57-59 لاتشمل الاسترجاع

Tailoring & Production Time

• Abaya tailoring requires 15 business days for preparation

(Friday and Saturday excluded).

• The production period may be extended during peak seasons, high order volumes, or due to any circumstances affecting the production line.

International Shipping

• International shipping is handled via DHL.

• Shipping fees are calculated based on weight.

• Customs duties may apply depending on the destination country’s regulations.

Available Sizes

• 50, 52, 54, 56, 58, 60

Alterations Policy

• Changes to the design, color, or fabric are not allowed.

Accepted Alterations:

1. Adjusting the cut (e.g., from quarter flare to half or full flare).
2. Adding snaps/buttons to the abaya.
3. Narrowing wide sleeves.
4. Custom sizing (e.g., size 56 with the length of size 54,).
