إلغاء وتعديل الطلب
لا يمكن إلغاء الطلب بعد مرور 24 ساعة من إتمامه.
لا يمكن قبول أي تعديلات على الطلب بعد مرور يومين من تاريخ إرساله.
مدة التفصيل والتجهيز
يستغرق تجهيز العبايات من 7 إلى 21 يوم عمل، باستثناء يومي الجمعة والسبت.
قد تمتد مدة التجهيز خلال المواسم، أو في حال وجود ضغط على الطلبات، أو بسبب أي ظروف تؤثر على خط الإنتاج.
العروض والخصومات
الطلبات التي يتم شراؤها ضمن العروض أو باستخدام أكواد الخصم لا تشمل الاسترجاع أو استرداد المبلغ.
يسمح بالاستبدال فقط في حال وجود عيب مصنعي أو خطأ من Dakin في المنتج، على أن يتم التواصل معنا خلال المدة المحددة في سياسة الاستبدال، مع إرجاع المنتج بحالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم.
الشحن المحلي داخل السعودية
يتم شحن جميع الطلبات داخل المملكة العربية السعودية عن طريق أرامكس (Aramex).
تستغرق مدة الشحن المحلي من 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل من تاريخ تسليم الطلب لشركة الشحن، وقد تختلف المدة حسب المدينة والوجهة.
بعد تسليم الطلب لشركة الشحن، لا تتحمل Dakin مسؤولية أي تأخير، فقدان، تلف، سوء تعامل مع الشحنة، أو أي مشكلة تحدث أثناء عملية الشحن.
في حال وجود مشكلة في الشحنة، يرجى التواصل معنا للتنسيق مع شركة الشحن، مع العلم أن مسؤولية الشحنة أثناء النقل تقع على شركة الشحن.
الشحن الدولي
يتم الشحن الدولي عن طريق DHL.
تستغرق مدة الشحن الدولي من 5 إلى 10 أيام عمل من تاريخ تسليم الطلب لشركة الشحن.
تُحسب تكلفة الشحن الدولي وفقًا لوزن الشحنة والوجهة.
قد تُفرض رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب وفقًا لأنظمة البلد المستلم، ويتحمل العميل مسؤولية سدادها.
بعد تسليم الطلب لشركة الشحن، لا تتحمل Dakin مسؤولية أي تأخير، فقدان، تلف، سوء تعامل مع الشحنة، أو أي مشكلة تحدث أثناء عملية الشحن.
لا تتحمل Dakin مسؤولية أي تأخير ناتج عن إجراءات التخليص الجمركي، أو إدخال عنوان غير صحيح، أو عدم استلام الشحنة، أو أي ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا.
المقاسات
المقاسات القياسية التي تقبل الاسترجاع: 50، 52، 54، 56، 58، 60.
المقاسات الفردية 51، 53، 55، 57، 59 لا تشمل الاسترجاع.
التعديلات
لا يمكن تعديل الموديل أو اللون أو القماش.

يرجى كتابة ملاحظة بالتعديلات المطلوبة قبل إتمام الطلب، أو التواصل معنا عبر الواتساب.

Order Policy
Order Cancellation & Changes
Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours from the time they are placed.
No changes can be made to an order after 2 days from the date it was placed.
Tailoring & Production Time
Abaya tailoring requires 7–21 business days for preparation, excluding Fridays and Saturdays.
The production period may be extended during peak seasons, periods of high order volume, or due to any circumstances affecting the production line.
Sale & Discounted Orders
Orders purchased during promotions or using discount codes are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Exchanges are only accepted in cases of a manufacturing defect or an error made by Dakin. The customer must contact us within the applicable exchange period, and the item must be returned in its original, unused condition.
Domestic Shipping — Saudi Arabia
All orders within Saudi Arabia are shipped via Aramex.
Domestic shipping takes 3–7 business days from the date the order is handed over to the shipping company. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
Once the order has been handed over to the shipping company, Dakin is not responsible for any delays, loss, damage, mishandling, or other issues that may occur during transit.
If you experience any issue with your shipment, please contact us so we can coordinate with the shipping company.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped via DHL.
International shipping takes 5–10 business days from the date the order is handed over to the shipping company.
International shipping fees are calculated based on the shipment weight and destination.
Customs duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination country’s regulations and are the customer’s responsibility.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Dakin is not responsible for any delays, loss, damage, mishandling, or other issues that may occur during transit.
Dakin is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, incorrect address information, failure to receive the shipment, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Available Sizes
The standard sizes eligible for returns are: 50, 52, 54, 56, 58, 60.
Odd sizes 51, 53, 55, 57, 59 are not eligible for returns.
Alterations Policy
Changes to the design, color, or fabric are not allowed.
